You will need to be customer service focused, open to learning and career minded.Duties include:Assist with customer enquiries face to face and over the phoneCounter sales including customer developmentFollow up and providing notification of outstanding ordersMaintaining a professional store presentationAssisting with receipt and dispatch of productsPick, Pack and delivery of orders to customersStock management including purchasing / inventory managementRaising quotations and quotation follow-upComply with company & customer QHSE standards & policies.Contribute to continuous improvementRequired skills and attributes:Electrical wholesale experience desirableSales experience preferably within the electrical wholesale industryAbility to build strong long lasting customer relationshipsKnowledge of electrical partsCompetent PC skillsExperience with Pronto desirableProfessional personal presentationCustomer Service experienceStrong attention to detail and the ability to follow upWilling to learn new skillsRequiredFull Drivers licence
