You will play a key role in supervising day-to-day works, supporting your team, and ensuring sites are maintained to a high standard.If you are reliable, hands-on, and take pride in both your work and your leadership, we would like to hear from you.About the roleAs a Landscape Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team in the delivery of horticultural and grounds maintenance services across Western Sydney.
You will help coordinate daily tasks, maintain safe and efficient work practices, and ensure all works are completed to a professional standard.This role requires a balance of practical horticultural skill, team supervision, and the ability to keep jobs running smoothly on site.Key responsibilitiesLead and supervise team members across horticultural and landscape maintenance worksCoordinate daily site activities and allocate tasks effectivelyCarry out hands‐on horticultural duties including planting, pruning, mulching, hedging, mowing, edging,
