About the Role:
Reporting to the Underground Superintendent, you will lead mine geology, grade control, and reconciliation activities while developing a high-performing team and driving technical excellence across the operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead grade control, ore production, and geological reconciliation to optimise recovery and minimise dilution
Provide geological expertise to support Life of Mine planning and operational decision-making
Analyse mining, drilling, and geological data to drive performance improvements and technical outcomes




Mentor and develop the geology team through coaching, training, and capability uplift
Support budgeting, cost control, contractor management, and continuous improvement initiatives
Manage safety, risk management, compliance, and adherence to WA standards and procedures
Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Geology (or related discipline)
Minimum 3 years in a Senior Underground Geologist role in Western Australian Gold Mining
Confident using Surpac and Leapfrog
Manual Australian Drivers License
Clean National Police Clearance
