Founded in Australia and now operating across APAC and Europe, the business has funded more than $1.5B in loans and is continuing to scale.What you'll doProcess loan disbursements accurately and on time, making sure payments line up with contract terms and bank statements.Review and reconcile refunds, repayment activations, and payment-plan setups across the loan lifecycle.Support loan operations from activation through to payment setup and settlement, keeping records clean and up to date.Manage commission calculations and weekly/monthly commission payments, with the right internal checks in place.Work through complex reconciliations across multiple systems, investigate discrepancies, and fix data integrity issues rather than just flagging them.Build reports and help improve operational processes with the finance leadership team.Who we're looking forYou'll likely be a solid fit if you already enjoy detail-heavy finance operations work and take pride in getting the numbers right.Must-havesAdvanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and report building; macro capability will be highly regarded.Hands-on experience in technically demanding reconciliation work across multiple systems.Experience processing payments, disbursements, commissions,
