Part Time BasisCompetitive base pay rates: $*****- $***** + superannuationPart Time Basis allowing for flexibilityBased at our Ron Conn Nursing Home in Avondale Heights (VIC)Your new role:We are currently seeking Enrolled Endorsed Nurses (EENs) to join our team in permanent part-time positions.
Each position offers 7 shifts per fortnight, with shifts rostered between 7:00 am – 3:00 pm and 3:00 pm – 10:00 pm.In this role, you'll have the prospect to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality care.
Your roster will be determined by ad hoc opportunities to provide relief to the residential team, and applicants with the best availability will be prioritisedYour responsibilities and duties will include:Observing and reporting changes in resident's behaviour or physical conditionUndertaking medication management and treatment procedures as directed by the Residential Site Manager or person in chargeLiaising with medical practitioners,



pharmacists and other health services to provide relevant services for the care and wellbeing of the residentsAssisting the RN1 with clinical requirements of residentsAssisting in the implementation of cigarette and alcohol programsObserving and reporting changes in residents behaviour or physical condition and maintain appropriate documentation as requiredProviding direct care and emotional support to residentsWe are looking for candidates with the following:Ability to work both in team and autonomouslyCert IV/Diploma of Nursing (with current AHPRA Registration)Prior experience in housing & homelessness support, aged care, welfare, disability support, mental health or community/home careThe ability to enhance or maintain our residents' independence and lifestyleA friendly and non-judgmental attitudeApplications close on Thursday 17th of August **** at 5pm.We are committed to providing an inclusive workplace that embraces diversity of backgrounds and differences, our Inclusion Statement may be accessed here.
