The Opportunity
We're looking for Project Managers and Project Engineers to join our team across the Coffs Harbour and Northern Rivers regions.
These roles span contractor-side and principal/client-side environments, including councils, developers, asset owners and infrastructure projects.
Depending on your experience, your responsibilities may include:
Leading or supporting the delivery of civil infrastructure, construction and engineering projects.
Managing project scope, programme, budget, quality, safety and risk requirements.
Coordinating contractors, consultants, councils, developers and site teams.
Managing project documentation, RFIs, technical queries and reporting.
Reviewing drawings, specifications, programmes and project risks.
Supporting procurement, contract administration and project controls.
Preparing progress reports and providing updates to stakeholders.




Identifying project risks, opportunities and practical solutions.
Representing McGloin Baker professionally in all project environments.
About You
You may be an experienced Project Engineer seeking greater responsibility or a Project Manager capable of leading teams and delivering complex projects.
Ideally, you will have:
Experience as a Project Manager, Project Engineer or similar role.
A background in civil construction, infrastructure or engineering consulting.
A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Commercial awareness and problem-solving ability.
The ability to work independently and take ownership.
Current Australian work rights.
Current driver's licence.
White Card.
