You will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our guests in a fast-paced, customer-focused workplace.

locally-sourced dishes.DutiesPreparing and cooking a variety of mealsAssisting with menu planning and development to ensure dishes are seasonally-inspired and meet customer preferencesMaintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchenMaintain excellent presentation standards and cost control whilst maintaining recipe standardsProviding exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive team environmentAbout YouMinimum of 7 years proven experience as a Chef/Cook, ideally within a hotel, restaurant or similar hospitality setting (Please don't include your apprenticeship as time accrued)Strong culinary skills and a passion for creating innovative dishesThis is a full time role, however part time or casual hours could be considered - to accommodate a successful applicantFull Australian Working rights or be a permanent resident.Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in commercial kitchen environmentsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesAdaptability and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentBenefitsStandard weeksAward wages paidCasual & Part- Time work is also available
