They are currently seeking a Grounds & Maintenance Officer to join their team at a prestigious site located in Clayton, VIC.This is an exciting opportunity for a groundskeeper, skilled tradesperson, or experienced maintenance qualified to join a supportive company and take the next step in their career.Key Responsibilities:Undertaking grounds maintenance, including gardening, mowing, landscaping and general upkeep of outdoor spacesCompleting general building maintenance and minor repairs, including basic carpentry, patching, painting and other maintenance tasksResponding to maintenance requests and ensuring issues are addressed efficiently and to a high standardSupporting site improvement projects and seasonal works across the propertyAssisting with event set-up and pack-down, including moving furniture, equipment and other items as requiredSupporting the general upkeep, presentation and functionality of the siteEnsuring all maintenance and grounds works are completed safely and in line with relevant site requirementsAbout You:A relevant qualification in horticulture, landscaping,
