Specialist orthodontic practice with ongoing training and career developmentSupportive and welcoming team that genuinely enjoys working togetherExcellent work-life balance with a flexible 4-day week or 9-day fortnight rosterAbout the RoleWorking closely with our orthodontists and clinical team, you will help deliver exceptional patient care while ensuring our clinics run efficiently.Chairside assisting during orthodontic proceduresPreparing treatment rooms and maintaining clinical equipmentInstrument sterilisation and maintaining infection control standardsSupporting and reassuring patients throughout their appointmentsAssisting with the smooth day-to-day operation of the practiceWorking collaboratively with the wider clinical and reception teamWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who:Has previous Dental Assisting experience (orthodontic experience is highly regarded but not essential)Enjoys working with children, teenagers and familiesIs organised, reliable and has excellent attention to detailCommunicates confidently and professionally with patients and colleaguesThrives in a busy clinical environmentIs proactive, adaptable and enjoys being part of a collaborative teamTakes pride in delivering an exceptional patient experienceCan work across all three practice locations as requiredLocation & HoursFlexible full-time roster4-day week (approximately 35 hours) or a 9-day fortnightClinic hours: 7:45am – 5:15pmBurwood EastDoncaster EastLilydaleThe majority of shifts are based at our Burwood East and Doncaster East clinics, however flexibility to work across all locations is essential.What We OfferAt B Orthodontics, we believe great workplaces are built by great people.
