Your day-to-day will include:Answering inbound calls from new and existing customersTaking bookings and helping schedule jobsFollowing up on jobs and quotes over the phoneSupporting our dispatcher with scheduling and customer updatesMaking follow-up calls after job completion to check customers are happyDoing simple job completion checks and admin tasksWorking towards transparent weekly goals and KPIsTaking initiative and owning your day – you'll have full autonomy to make the role your ownAbout youYou don't need to be a seasoned salesperson – we're looking for someone who:Loves talking to people and building rapport quicklyHas a warm, clear phone manner and great communication skillsIs naturally empathetic and enjoys helping customersCan multitask and stay organised in a busy environmentIs happy to learn, take feedback on board and grow with the roleCan think for themselves and take initiative day-to-dayExperience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality or call centres is a bonus, but not essential if you've got the right attitude and personality.Training & SupportYou'll receive extensive on-the-job training, plus clear manuals and processes to help you learn how our company works.
