We're looking for an enthusiastic Graduate HR Officer to start their career with a company that's genuinely scaling fast.
You would be working in our Geelong office in Grovedale.You'll work directly alongside our Group Manager, Corporate Services to support the operations HR requirements.
You will have hands-on exposure across the full HR lifecycle - from recruitment and onboarding through to compliance, payroll, record management, and career path planning.
This is a real learning role with mentorship, variety, and room to grow as the business does.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGAssist with end-to-end recruitment - posting ads, screening candidates, coordinating interviewsSupport onboarding and induction programs for recent starters across multiple branchesMaintain and update employee files, HR databases, and documentationHelp coordinate trade licences, certificates, and training records (especially for our electrical and technical workforce)Assist with timesheet checks, leave records, and payroll supportDraft HR correspondence,
