This is a busy, hands-on coordination role suited to someone who enjoys staying organised, communicating clearly and keeping things moving.Reporting to the Freight Manager, you'll help coordinate the scheduling and delivery of customer orders across our Beresfield branch.
You'll work closely with our freight, sales, warehouse and yard teams to make sure deliveries are prepared,



dispatched and communicated effectively.Day-to-day responsibilities include:Coordinating and scheduling customer deliveriesCommunicating with customers about delivery timing and updatesWorking closely with drivers,warehouse and sales teamsMonitoring daily delivery schedules and managing changes or delaysEnsuring delivery paperwork, transport documentation and system records are accurateSupporting safe freight operations and following NHS WHS requirementsBuilding strong working relationships with internal teams and customersLooking for ways to improve delivery performance, service and efficiencyWhat's On Offer?
