About the Opportunity
As a Spa Therapist at RACV, you will be part of a team dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences for our members and guests.
This isn't just about treatments, it's about delivering moments of relaxation and rejuvenation that leave a lasting impression.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a range of professional spa treatments including thoughtfully curated spa rituals, massage, facials and body treatments.
Maintain treatment rooms, spa equipment, and member amenities to high hygiene and presentation standards.
Stay current with industry trends and participate in ongoing training and development.




Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and increase spa visitation and revenue with a focus on guest retention

What We're Looking For
Diploma of Beauty Therapy or Massage Therapy
Previous experience in a spa setting, ideally within a hotel or independent operator.
Prior day spa or beauty industry experience, delivering quality spa treatments specialising in facials, skin & body treatments and massage essential
Due to the 7day/week nature of the operation, flexibility is required to assist with occasional unscheduled or on call duties and will require a presence on weekends.
