with a passion for helping people and promoting our brand as well as chasing variety and room to grow.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome families with warmth and professionalismManage appointments and scheduling (Cliniko)Answer phone and email enquiries clearly and kindlySupport clinicians with day-to-day coordinationHandle billing and NDIS funding processesAssisting with building and managing our social media presenceAssisting with creating and scheduling content for our social media channelsAssisting with the building and managing of the social media and marketing planWhat You BringStrong communication skills and a friendly, qualified manner, an interest in or experience with social media and content creation, excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability, confidence with Microsoft Office and social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), and a proactive, can-do attitude.
