Sales and Marketing Assistant - Residential DevelopmentWe're partnering with a well-established residential property developer to appoint a Sales and Marketing Assistant who will play an integral role supporting the delivery of exciting new residential projects across Melbourne.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants exposure to both marketing and sales within a respected property business.The OpportunityWorking closely with the Marketing Director and the broader sales and marketing team, you'll provide day-to-day coordination across project marketing, sales administration, CRM management, reporting and customer engagement.You'll become a key member of a collaborative team, ensuring projects are well supported from campaign delivery through to customer settlement.What You'll Be DoingCoordinate marketing campaigns across multiple residential communitiesManage property listings, house and land packages and digital marketing contentPrepare sales documentation including availability lists, price lists and supporting materialsMaintain CRM data, customer records and lead information with a high degree of accuracyAssist with enquiry management, customer communications and appointment coordinationProduce weekly and monthly reports on enquiries,
