you will be responsible for providing high-level customer service to patients across a variety of settings, including:Reception duties, including meeting and greeting patients and their familiesManaging the phone system and scheduling appointments for internal and external patients according to clinical requirementsDemonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skillsWorking as part of a rotational shift time rosterDay shift position shift times are: 7:*****:00pm, 8:*****:30pm and 8:*****:00pm.Afternoon shift position shift time is: 12:******:00pmThese administration officer roles are focused on delivering exceptional customer service to patients and their families.
