As the successful applicant you will be given the tools, training and support required to be successful in the position.Due to steady growth, we have a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our vibrant team located in our Laverton North branch, focusing on the Transport & Logistics sector.
The successful candidate will have a minimum 2 years end to end labour hire experience.What's in it for you?

interviewing and reference checking candidatesDeveloping and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidatesDriving a culture of safety within our workforceEnsuring our database is updated with client and candidate informationGeneral administrative duties with a strong focus on complianceAccount management of clients including regular site visits and candidate start upsParticipating in weekly branch meetingsThe successful candidate will possess the following skills, attributes and experience:You will ideally have previous proven end to end recruitment / labour hire experience within the transport & logistics sector.
Specifically dealing with drivers, forklift drivers, pickers and similar roles.Energetic and self motivated with a strong work ethic.Flexibility to accommodate occasional early morning startsAbility to multi task and work within a fast paced environmentSolid administration and computer skills with a high attention to detailConfident with excellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience with FastTrack 360 & Workpro is highly preferred.Hours of office operation: 8.00am-4:30pm & 8:30am-5.00pm Monday to Friday.
You will need to be flexible to work across both of these times on a rotating basis.
The position will also require the occasional early start to meet candidates at clients sites.
