immunisations, ear syringing, and assistance with minor proceduresSupport chronic disease management and coordinate preventative health plansConduct diagnostic services (ECG, ABI, 24-hour BP monitoring, audiometry)Manage recalls and reminders, clinical data, and stock controlContribute to accreditation and ongoing quality improvement activitiesSkills and Experience RequiredCurrent registration with AHPRA as a Registered NurseMinimum two years' experience in general practice or primary health care nursingStrong understanding of Medicare and care plan processesProficiency in clinical software (Best Practice experience highly regarded)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsPatient-centred approach and commitment to continuous improvementFlexibility to assist with occasional additional shifts to cover leaveWhy Join CHC Medical?
