This is a full time position that offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the expansion of our telecommunications & Electrical infrastructure.What you'll be doingExcavating and backfilling pits, manholes and trenches for the installation of underground Telecommunication and Electrical cablesInstalling, connecting and maintaining underground pits, pipes and conduitsOperating various machinery and equipment such as jackhammers, compaction equipment, and hand toolsEnsuring work is completed to high safety and quality standardsAssisting with the supervision and mentoring of junior team members as a Leading HandInstallation for new developments in the south eastern suburbs MelbourneWhat we're looking forPeople who enjoy working outdoors and being part of a close-knit teamReliable team players who take pride in quality workmanship and safetyProven experience as a Labourer or Leading Hand in the civil construction industryStrong knowledge of safe work practices and ability to work safely in an active construction siteCompetent in the use of hand tools, power tools, and light machineryA positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to work as part of a teamValid driver's licence and Construction Induction Card (White Card)What we offerAt Dynaton Electrics, we pride ourselves on providing a supportive work environment.
