you'll be trusted to assess situations, implement remediation plans, monitor progress and ensure exceptional outcomes for clients.No two days are the same.
One day you may be managing a complex water-loss claim in a commercial building, while the next you could be helping a family restore their home following significant damage.This role also includes participation in an after-hours emergency response roster, providing critical support when clients need us most.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver water damage restoration and mould remediation works in line with industry best practice and IICRC standardsInstall, monitor and adjust drying and remediation equipmentConduct moisture inspections and assess restoration requirements on siteMaintain accurate job records, reports and documentationLiaise with Restoration Managers, Supervisors and Coordinators to ensure projects are completed efficientlyProvide guidance and support to trainee technicians when requiredMaintain high standards of safety, professionalism and customer serviceParticipate in the on-call emergency response rosterWho You AreYou're someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and enjoys solving problems in rapid-paced environments.
