Our client is searching for a hands-on, energetic Store Manager to lead a high-performing team in Salamander Bay on a maternity leave contract . About the Role

As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of all aspects of store performance while leading and inspiring your team to deliver outstanding results.

You'll work closely with your Area Manager to maximise sales opportunities,



build a positive team culture and ensure every customer leaves with an exceptional shopping experience.

Your day will include:
Leading your team to achieve sales budgets and KPIs
Coaching, mentoring and developing team members
Creating an engaging and high-performing store culture
Managing rosters and wage budgets
Monitoring daily, weekly and monthly store performance
Maintaining outstanding visual merchandising standards
Driving operational excellence and stock management
Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety standards

We're looking for someone who has:
Previous experience as a Store Manager or experienced Assistant Store Manager
A proven ability to lead, coach and inspire retail teams
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
Solid commercial awareness with a passion for achieving results
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A hands-on leadership style with a positive attitude
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
