Prime Pharmacy Group is excited to offer an opportunity for a Retail Manager to lead our team at our brand current Doveton Pharmacy.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a current pharmacy from the beginning, helping shape the culture, build strong community connections and drive the success of an exciting new store.
As Retail Manager, you'll work closely with the Pharmacy Manager, Support Office team and store employees to create an exceptional customer experience while leading a high-performing retail team.

About the Role
Leading and motivating the retail teamDelivering exceptional customer service standardsManaging daily retail operations and workflowsDriving retail sales and business performanceCoaching, developing and mentoring team membersSupporting recruitment,



onboarding and trainingManaging stock presentation, merchandising and inventory controlEnsuring compliance with company policies, procedures and pharmacy standardsCompleting roster processes to wages budget

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience as a Retail Manager, Assistant Manager or similar leadership roleStrong leadership and people management skillsExcellent communication and relationship-building abilitiesA passion for customer service and developing othersStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsExperience working in retail pharmacy is highly regarded, but not essentialA proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach
