This role is ideal for a driven hospitality professional ready to take the next step in venue leadership.About the RoleAs Assistant Venue Manager, you will support the Venue Manager in the day-to-day operations of a busy, multi-faceted venue.
You will play a key role in leading the front-of-house team,



driving service standards and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Venue Manager in overall venue operationsLead, mentor and motivate front-of-house teamsDrive outstanding guest experience and service standardsAssist with rostering, labour control and wage managementOversee compliance, safety and operational proceduresSupport stock control, ordering and supplier relationshipsAssist in driving revenue, efficiency and team performanceStep up and lead the venue in the absence of senior managementAbout YouPrevious experience in a Supervisor, Assistant Manager or Venue Manager roleStrong leadership and communication skillsProven ability to manage teams in a quick-paced hospitality environmentStrong understanding of FOH operations, service standards and complianceConfident with rostering systems, wage control and venue reportingA hands-on leader who thrives in busy, high-energy environmentsPassion for hospitality and developing high-performing teamsWhy Join Flinders Hotel?
