About the roleWenco International Mining Systems is seeking two Global Services Specialists to join our Services Team.
In this position, you will collaborate with customers and partners worldwide to facilitate the effective implementation and utilization of our solutions, particularly the Open Autonomy (OA) product.
Your responsibilities will include analyzing data and creating proposals for enhancements to optimize Wenco products and services in alignment with user requirements.Key factsLocation: Perth, Perth Region Engagement: Full-time Team: Services TeamWhat you'll doCollaborate with customers to ensure effective deployment and operation of Wenco solutions.Analyze user data to identify opportunities for product improvements and enhancements.RequirementsBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role,



preferably in a technical environment.Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis.Excellent communication abilities to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.Nice to haveFamiliarity with mining operations or related industries.Experience with project management methodologies.Skills & toolsProficiency in data analysis tools and software.Knowledge of Wenco products and services is a plus.Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.Practical notesThis position may require occasional travel to customer sites.
