A well-established Residential Aged Care provider with services in Molong and Yeoval is seeking an experienced and clinically capable Clinical Manager/Educator to join the team in a newly created leadership role.This is a highly rewarding chance for a supportive, knowledgeable and proactive clinical leader who enjoys coaching others and improving clinical practice.

This role combines clinical governance, education, quality improvement and workforce development within a collaborative and supportive environment.
Working closely with Facility Managers and senior leadership, you will mentor nursing teams, support compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and embed evidence-based practice across both services.Key ResponsibilitiesLead clinical governance across both Residential Aged Care homesDeliver education,
