We have ongoing works with Greater Western Water and are looking to expand our team, we are seeking Labourers, Operators and a Supervisor with experience to join our growing business.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Operator, Labourer or Supervisor looking to advance their career in a dynamic and supportive setting.Experience and knowledge incivil construction industrywith and understanding of SEWER, WATER and DRAINAGE is desirable.Current HC Truck licence,



Excavator ticketwith experience operating is an advantage.About the roleWe have various roles on offer including:LabourersOperatorsRepair damaged sewer and storm water pipesRead site plans and communicate with supervisors/managersConduct confined space entry and live sewer workLead a crew to ensure project deliverables are metProvide adequate supervision of staff resources, ensuring that established quality standards are achieved within set budgets, timeframes and in accordance with Occupational Health & Safety guidelines.Respond to planned and reactive maintenance requestsMonitor work to ensure it is completed to an acceptable standardDay to day management of the team, equipment and associated work tasksRecommend process improvements and enhancementsAssist in the training of new team membersAbout youWe are looking for someone who has the same passion we do for the water industry.
