We are looking for an educator who can:Create a secure, warm, and stimulating learning environment.Work collaboratively to implement engaging, child-led, play-based programs.Establish meaningful, qualified partnerships with our families.Uphold the highest standards for documentation, health, and safety.What We're Looking ForAn ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.Child Safe training and Mandatory ReportingA genuine love for the toddler age group and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.A commitment to working within and maintaining an Exceeding framework.Randstad Education is committed to the safety of children and we have a zero tolerance approach to all forms of child abuse or neglect.
