Belgravia Leisure at Andrew Boy Charlton Pool seeks an outstanding Assistant Centre Manager to lead a busy leisure facility on a full time fixed-term basis. You will report to the Centre Manager and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure a smooth, customer-centric service.
Key duties include growing membership, driving sales and retention, supervising staff, and ensuring OH&S; and regulatory compliance across all programmes and services. Weekend work may be required during peak periods.
