You will support the efficient movement of stock through the Distribution Centre while providing exceptional service to our stores, residential sales teams,
and transport partners.Working closely with the DC Section Lead, you'll play an important role in ensuring orders are processed accurately, inventory is maintained, and customer requirements are met in a timely manner.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProvide customer service support to stores and residential sales teamsManage incoming emails and phone enquiriesSort and manage pick slips and operational paperworkProcess transactions and maintain records using DAX, Excel, and warehouse systemsSupport Rapid and Next Day Pick operations through cross-trainingComplete goods inward and outward processes, including receiving in NCIAPick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatchAssist with stock replenishment, inventory control, and stock accuracy activitiesSupport dispatch administration and Proof of Delivery processesMaintain a safe, clean, and organised work environmentContribute to achieving service, safety, and productivity targetsABOUT YOUExperience in a warehouse, distribution centre, logistics, or customer service environmentStrong communication skills and a customer-focused approachConfidence using computer systems, including Microsoft Excel and warehouse management systemsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyThe ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentA positive attitude and willingness to support the wider teamStrong problem-solving skills and initiativeA commitment to workplace safetyPhysical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling tasks as requiredWE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOUIf you're looking for a varied role that combines warehouse operations, administration, and customer service while offering genuine career opportunities with an industry leader, we'd love to hear from you.
