The Role
Manage a portfolio of approximately 150 properties
Conduct routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
Handle rental arrears and lease renewals
Coordinate repairs and maintenance
Deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants

What We're Looking For
Previous Property Management experience
Current Class 2 Licence or Certificate of Registration
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage your portfolio with confidence and professionalism
Current driver's licence
