and long-term success of our member communityBecome a trusted, credible voice inside our member Facebook groups, someone tradies actually respect, not just tolerateSet the tone and standards for the community, and hold members to themReview member work (sales letters, job ads, pricing, scripts, marketing, operations docs) and give direct, practical feedback, not a pat on the backRun multiple live Q&A; coaching sessions each week and keep control of the roomCoach members through real business problems, in line with their existing coaching plansWork with the coaching team to keep guidance consistentSpot members checking out and chase them down before they disappearCall out wins, and call out when someone's coastingHandle the coaching inbox with quick, high-quality answers, not generic responsesBuild systems that keep improving engagement and community health as we scaleYou won't be measured on how many comments you reply to.
