This will include:advising communityhousing providers and other industry participants ondevelopment agreements, funding arrangements and projectdelivery models;assisting on the landassembly components of renewable energy transactions, includingland access agreements, easements and options for solar, wind,and battery storage projects;working with our HW Fundsteam on acquisitions, disposals and due diligence;andsupporting our publicsector clients at both state and Commonwealth level with theirdiverse property needs.The work is complex,collaborative,
