and access control to protect sensitive informationContribute to process improvement and system administration across the data infrastructureRequirementsSolid experience in database management and performance tuningStrong requirements analysis skills and the ability to translate user needs into database designProficiency in database security, access control, and data maintenance practicesdata analysis and insights generation through self-serve dashboards and reporting systems including a range of data analytics activities from various data sources, data validation, through to report automation and dashboard development.Problem-solving mindset with excellent documentation and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with system administration and a commitment to promoting process improvementExperience in working for the NSW Government or similar enterprise wide organisations.QualificationsQualification or demonstrated experience in database administration or a related IT disciplineKnowledge of software development fundamentals and database architecture principlesProfessional development in data management or relevant technical certifications
