About the role

We are open from 12 noon until 10 or 12 each day. We split management of the venue into 2 roles - the day manager and the evening manager. The management roles are hands on, meaning that you’ll spend a good portion of your day behind the bar.





The role of the Evening Manager is to assist and lead the team and contribute to the a high quality but relaxed atmosphere for customers whilst meeting business targets.

The evening manager is responsible for the running of the venue during evening hours. Main areas of responsibility are;
Ensuring the venue is cleaned, stocked and set up for the following day’s trade
Creating Rosters, Hiring, Staff Training & discipline
Problem solving & making sure service runs smoothly
Remaining in charge of customer expectations and disputes

About you

As a self-motivated, passionate and focused individual you will possess the following attributes:
A calm, organised approach under pressure
Minimum 1 year management experience
Extensive hands on experience in rostering and training
Ability to share your knowledge, train and manage restaurant staff
Excellent communication and leadership skills
