Genesis Minerals are currently seeking Process Technicians for permanent opportunities to join the team at our newest Jupiter operation in Laverton, situated a short 15 minutes away from Mt Morgan Camp, and just an hours' flight from Perth to Leonora, WA.
This chance is offered on an 8 days on, 6 days off, 7 nights on, 7 days off roster Fly-in Fly-out from Perth, or Drive-in Drive-out from Kalgoorlie or local residential.Reporting to the Process Shift Supervisor, you will play a key role in the safe and efficient operation of the Processing Plant to ensure production, metallurgical and safety targets are consistently achieved.Key Responsibilities:Operate and monitor the gold processing plant, including:Crushing and grinding circuitsGravity recovery systemsLeaching and adsorption (CIL/CIP) circuitsElution, electrowinning and gold room activitiesTailings disposal and associated servicesConduct routine inspections, start-ups, shutdowns and troubleshooting of plant equipmentMonitor plant parameters and make process adjustments to optimise throughput and recoveryIdentify and report equipment faults and process deviationsAssist with basic maintenance tasks and liaise with maintenance teams as requiredComplete accurate operational logs, reports and shift handoversMaintain a strong focus on safety,
