The position ensures robust testing governance, high quality delivery, risk visibility, and production ready outcomes across complex, multivendor environments.SkillsTest strategy, test planning, and test governance leadershipStrong handson experience with JIRA for test management, defect tracking, and reportingUnderstanding and exposure to UiPath or similar RPA tools, particularly for integration and datadriven testingDefect management and quality metrics reportingExperienceProven experience as a Test Lead or Test Manager on large, complex transformationprogramsExperience leading testing for large-scale workforce management or HR transformation programs involving enterprise SaaS platformsExperience working in multivendor and hybrid delivery modelsStrong understanding of SIT, UAT, data validation, and downstream integration testing
