Due to an internal movement, we are currently looking for a Disability Service Manager to join our team, based in North Ryde on a permanent full-time position.

About the role: The Service Manager is responsible for ensuring the execution of Achieve Australia's vision at a local level, including driving positive quality client outcomes (quality of life and health supports), staff performance and engagement, and service sustainability at designated accommodation sites.
Role Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring strong performance across client outcomes, quality, staff, and financial targets
Manage budgets, rostering, and SIL funding to deliver efficient and sustainable services




Ensure compliance with NDIS standards, including incident management, safeguarding, and risk oversight
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and key stakeholders
Lead, develop, and manage staff, including recruitment, onboarding, performance, and engagement
Oversee WHS, property maintenance, and participate in the on-call roster
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Relevant qualification in Disability, Nursing, or a related field (Registered Nurse highly regarded)
Experience in NDIS and Supported Independent Living (SIL) environments
Experience supporting individuals with mental health needs
Solid leadership capability with a focus on culture, performance, and client outcomes
Sound financial and operational management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Current NSW Driver's Licence.
Candidates without a current NSW driver's licence are subject to a risk assessment.
