Arrow Transport & Logistics is a leading Australian port cartage and logistics provider with national operations and a growing technology footprint.
We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to support our end-users, manage infrastructure platforms and strengthen our IT environment.
This role is based at in Altona with hybrid working arrangements available.
About the Role
You will provide front-line IT support to users and fleet across the business while also contributing to infrastructure management, site and cybersecurity controls, vendor coordination and continuous system improvement.
This is a broad, hands‐on role suited to a proactive IT professional who values variety, ownership and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on how technology supports a national logistics operation.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for IT support requests across the business
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues in a timely manner
End user computing support
Device management with fleet across out network
Manage user accounts, access controls and permissions across Microsoft 365 and Azure AD (Entra ID)
Monitor system health, backups, patching schedules and update cyclesSupport cybersecurity controls, risk mitigation activities and compliance requirements
Coordinate with external vendors on infrastructure services,



licensing and security tooling
Maintain IT documentation, asset registers and contribute to service improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
Demonstrated experience in a systems administration or IT support role
Strong working knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure AD (Entra ID) and identity management
Exposure to Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and cybersecurity best practices
Device management support
Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively and manage competing demands
This is a hands‐on role where you will get involved in all aspects.
Current driver licence and willingness to travel between sites as required
Logistics, freight or transport industry experience (highly regarded)
