with the business actively investing in its peopleA stable, well-established manufacturer with a national customer baseWhat you will bringAt least 2 years in an administrative role, ideally supporting sales or customer serviceConfidence across systems, with SAP and CRM experience an advantageGenuine tenacity and strong follow-up, particularly when coordinating external suppliersThe ability to juggle several things at once and stay organised through interruptionsClear, skilled communication for handling and directing customer enquiriesSharp attention to detail and a proactive, ownership mindsetEssentialExperience gained in a quoting, estimating, or technical-product environment with regular customer contact.
