You'll be responsible for installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting, ensuring our clients experience minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
Based in Maroochydore.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide onsite and remote support for print devices and related softwareDeliver repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance across a range of devicesBuild strong relationships with customers through clear communication and reliable serviceEnsure all work is completed in line with SLA requirements and service delivery processesMaintain accurate job documentation, system updates,
