Working within a supportive multidisciplinary team, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care across a range of specialist outpatient services, supporting patient assessment, education, clinic coordination and continuity of care.
This role offers the opportunity to develop your expertise across a diverse range of gastroenterology services while contributing to innovative models of patient care.Key responsibilitiesProvide safe, evidence-based, patient‐centred nursing care within Gastroenterology Specialist Clinics.Support patient assessment, education, chronic disease management and coordination of outpatient care.Work collaboratively with medical, nursing and multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient clinic operations and positive patient outcomes.Contribute to service improvement initiatives,
