Help maintain the streets of Melbourne and suburbs, particularly the areas around Hallam, both day and night shifts.Previous Sweeper Operator experience is great.

Performing of all required road and site sweepingduties as scheduledPerforming any general labouring duties that may be requiredEnsuring road sweeping work meets the standards of management and the expectations of customersThe completionof site inductions and accreditation with respect to customer sitesPerforming all required start-up, wash-down end of shift and routine maintenance proceduresMaintain compliance to safety standards and National Heavy Vehicle legislationTo be great at this role, you have...Minimum of 2 years Truck driving experience (council garbage truck, dual steering experience is a bonus) and ability to drive a manual vehicleHave a currentVictorian MR licence orhigher and a White CardBe able to work independentlyDisplay a sense of urgency, reliability and punctuality inyour workPride in vehicles and their maintenanceBe willing to work wide-ranging and flexible hoursincluding weekend work (essential)Have a good energy and fitness levelContinuous safety focusWillingness to undergo a pre-employment medical & drug and alcohol screen
