They are seeking a motivated Accounts Payable Officer to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis to cover some leave through until early November.This will be an excellent opportunity for someone who is self-motivated and has a willingness to learn.
This role will encompass a wide variety of responsibilities for their clients and contractors, which will give you the perfect opportunity to grow and develop your skillset.Reporting to the CFO, your key responsibilities will be,



but are not limited to:End-to-end invoice processingReporting and maintaining accurate recordsComplete high volume expense claims on a weekly basisManage the AP inbox and respond to supplier enquiriesIdentify and solve any issues within the end-to-end processLiaising with internal and external stakeholdersAssist the Finance team with ad-hoc accounts duties as requiredTo be considered for this role:Minimum 3+ years of work experience in a similar position or industryOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsSound knowledge of large accounting softwares desiredStrong Excel skillset/knowledge of VLookupsHigh problem-solving skills and solution-focussed mindsetIf you are coming to the end of your contract and looking for a brand recent challenge, this could be the role for you!
