About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-focused Weighbridge Operator to join our team and play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our site.
In this role, you will be responsible for accurately weighing and recording all incoming and outgoing vehicle movements, operating the weighbridge system, and coordinating with drivers, customers, and site personnel to keep operations running smoothly.
This role is running 3-4 days a week from 9am - 3pm.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the confidence to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately weigh and record all incoming and outgoing vehicle movementsOperate the weighbridge system and maintain accurate, compliant recordsCorrectly charge tickets and apply pricing with a high level of accuracyCoordinate with drivers, operations,



and site staff on day-to-day activitiesManage general office and admin duties, including phones and emailsCommunicate confidently and clearly via UHF radioMaintain a high standard of safety, including correct PPE use and completing site inductions as requiredDeliver excellent customer service while problem-solving and multitasking in a busy environment
