Waves Carwash is a well-established and growing carwash brand with multiple high-performing sites and a strong operational foundation.

We are seeking a strong leader to join us as an Assistant Site Manager. This is an opportunity to step into a hands‑on leadership role and be part of a recent site backed by an experienced and supportive operations team.

About the Role

This is a quick-paced, hands‑on role where you will be leading from the front. As the Assistant Manager, you will work closely with and support the Site Manager in overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of the site. You will be responsible for driving team performance, maintaining site standards, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The role also involves assisting the Site Manager with staff supervision, operational planning, problem‑solving, and achieving business objectives while fostering a positive and productive team environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead or support daily site operations
Supervise and develop team members
Maintain strong customer service standards
Ensure site presentation, safety, and compliance
Monitor performance, workflow, and efficiency
Assist with rostering,



stock control, and reporting
Identify and respond to equipment or operational issues

What We’re Looking For
Previous leadership or supervisory experience
Background in retail, hospitality, automotive, or service industries
Strong work ethic and ability to lead by example
Confident communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Positive mechanical aptitude
Intermediate computer skills
Physically capable of hands‑on work
Availability to work at least one day each weekend (Saturday or Sunday) as part of a rotating roster
