Known for delivering an exceptional client experience and maintaining a refined and skilled brand, they are now seeking a polished and personable Front Office Manager to become the face of their business.

This will be a full time role based in their Paddington office.

The Role

As the Front Office Manager, you will be the first point of contact across the office, ensuring every client interaction reflects the agency’s premium reputation.

You will play a key role in the day-to-day operations, supporting the wider team while creating a seamless and welcoming workplace.
Managing a busy reception desk and handling incoming calls with professionalism
Greeting clients and providing a warm, high-end front-of-house experience




Coordinating and preparing meeting rooms to an exceptional standard
Management of training room bookings
Supporting the team with general administration and overflow tasks
Maintaining presentation of the office to align with the brand’s premium image

About You

In order to be successful in this role, you will be a highly motivated, client focused individual who is willing to work hard and be part of a supportive and cooperative team.
Experience in customer service ideally in an office workplace
Experience in real estate preferred but not essential
Valid QLD drivers licence
Time management skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and competing deadlines
Strong client service skills and a customer focused mindset
