You'll manage your own portfolio from end to end, delivering exceptional service to both rental providers and renters while building long-term relationships.





Your responsibilities will include:
Managing a portfolio of approximately 150 properties
Conducting routine and final inspections
Coordinating maintenance and repairs
Managing leasing documentation and tenancy agreements
Handling arrears and tenancy matters
Building robust relationships with rental providers and renters
Working closely with our administration team to deliver exceptional customer service

$75,000 - $90,000 + super & car allowance (depending on experience)
