The successful candidate will need to undertake and possess:Prepare meat for wholesale and retail sale using a wide variety of processesRemoving bones, trimming fat and cutting, mincing and grinding meat to shape and size as orderedPrepare crumbed cuts of meat, and marinating, seasoning and curing special cutsSelect and prepare meat to produce smallgoodsOperate machines to grind, mix, mince and tenderise meatMake seasonings and pickles by mixing spices, salt and other ingredientsOperate sausage filling machines, smoking chambers, and cooking kettles and vatsSkills and Abilities:Must have 3 years' experience as a ButcherCertificate III in Meat Processing or related QualificationOH&S; awarenessFood Handling and RSA certificates requiredSalary range is $70,000-$85,000pa commensurate with experience Fulltime Position available Applications open on 20th July **** and closes on 20th August **** If you are interested in this role.
