The Role
Driven by steady business expansion, we are seeking skilled TIG & MIG Welders to join our team on the Day Shift.
In this position, you will work on custom, short-run, and precision light-gauge components.

Candidate Requirements
We are looking for a reliable professional who takes pride in neat, accurate workmanship.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Practical Experience: 3+ years in TIG and MIG welding and sheet metal fabrication.
Blueprint Literacy: Strong ability to interpret complex technical drawings, engineering schematics, and assembly plans.
Light-Gauge Expertise: Proven skill working with metals under 6mm in thickness across stainless steel ********), aluminium, and mild steel.
Practical Assessment: Willingness to complete a hands-on light-gauge weld test during the interview process.
Work Ethic: Punctual, self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and alongside a close-knit shop floor team.
