We are currently seeking
Assembly/Production Operators & Warehouse Assistants
to join the team at our
Orange NSW site
.
These full-time roles offer stable employment, a supportive team environment, and family-friendly hours.
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday:
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Friday:
7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
No weekend work!
Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
· Operate within our production and assembly departments
· Use a variety of tools and equipment to assemble agricultural/ industrial attachments.
· Assemble mechanical/ hydraulic components and products to meet customer specifications
· Assist with inventory movement including picking & packaging orders.
· Utilises compony systems and software to process orders and navigate warehouse.
· Maintain a clean and secure work environment
· Follow work allocations and job instructions accurately




· Communicate effectively with management, supervisors and peers to achieve efficient outcomes.
Essential Criteria:

Mechanical aptitude
Strong work ethic and reliability
Good teamwork and communication abilities skills
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work both independently and in a team
Desirable Criteria:
Forklift licence (preferred)
Previous experience in a production or assembly environment
Previous experience with warehousing software (ERP's)
Experiencing interpreting workorders/ picking slips to fulfill an order.
Additional Information:
Successful applicants will be required to pass a Pre-employment Medical, which may include Drug and Alcohol Testing
